Guest access
Guests have access to all outdoor building (shed and game room) and the entire home, with the exception of one cleaners' closet. Entry is made easy with self check-in via a smartlock. There is a large driveway, providing ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers.

Please Note Before Booking

→ There are five steps required to enter this single-level cabin.

→ The game room does not have heated or air-conditioned.

→ During the summer months, the backyard feels private thanks to the surrounding foliage. In the fall, winter, and early spring, neighboring properties may be more visible.

→ As the cottage is located in the woods and near the water, you may encounter bugs, insects, and wildlife. Please keep outdoor lights off when not in use and keep doors closed whenever possible to help keep them outside.

→ The mini-split unit located in the living room provides both heating and cooling. Additional radiant baseboard heating is available throughout the home.

→ "The Hangout" is located in Higgins Lake Forest Estates, a neighborhood of cottages and homes on the south side of Higgins Lake. The property is just a short drive from South Higgins Lake State Park, local restaurants, and area attractions.

→ One camera is located on the northwest corner of the house and monitors the driveway and side entrance. The camera records video and audio when motion is detected for security purposes only. There are no indoor cameras.
